We have made many changes to our registration process for the upcoming 2009-2010 season.

Dues and Practice Schedule information are available on the Dues and Practice Schedule pages.


Online Registration for the 2009-2010 Short Course Season will begin Tuesday, September 1, 2009. You must complete the online registration process by Tuesday, September 8, 2009 to secure your spot on the team. Returning families will need a login userid and password to register. If you have not recieved your password, please contact Kelli Ellison at the link below.

Returning Swimmers

Returning swimmers should have declared their intent to swim by August 9, 2009. All returning swimmers who completed the declaration will be given priority placement on the team. If you have not declared your intent to swim, and you still wish to participate this fall, please contact Coach Darrick or Coach Holly immediately.

New Swimmers

If you are a new swimmer (including siblings of current swimmers) who is interested in our program, you must attend one of the new swimmer evaluations listed below. Evaluations are held at the Zionsville Community High School Aquatic Center. New swimmers who have participated with another USA Swimming Club must complete the Indiana Swimming Change/Transfer form. You should not register your swimmer until placement on the team is confirmed by the coaching staff.

Practice Group Placement & Notification

Returning Swimmers and new swimmers who attended one of the July evaluations will be notified of their practice group in August. The practice schedule will also be posted online in August. New swimmers who attend one of the September evaluations will be notified of their practice group by mid September.

Online Registration

Returning families, who have been assigned to practice groups, will be sent a user id and password to access the online registration system. New families will have the opportunity to create an online account and register their new swimmers. You will be required to pay the registration fees online by credit or debit card.

Registration Agreements

During the online registration process, you will be asked to read and accept three agreements. Copies of these agreements are available below. Many changes regarding billing, payment, and volunteer requirements have been incorporate into the agreements. Please take the time to review the agreements prior to registering.


THE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR SWIMMER MAY BEGIN PRACTICING WITH THE TEAM.
