Please use this form to submit your validation form. ZSC is a member run club that cannot function without the contribution of member families' time and talents.

Fundraising – help with the sale of Marsh cards and patron ads	Spirit wear & swimsuits – help with the sale & distribution
Social activities - help with activities throughout the season	Food – donate food items for social activities and swim meet concessions
Photography – take photos of the team throughout the season	Team directory – coordinate the collection of data for a directory
Team photo – coordinate the team photo session	Publicity – Help advertise our team to the local newspapers
Copy/printing – copy the directory & heat sheets prior to a meet	Future board member – elections are held in the spring. Speak with ANY current board member for information.

HELP AT OUR HOME SWIM MEETS

The club requires that parents volunteer for two sessions per swimmer for our home meets. This year we are hosting an invitational on the weekend of January 18-20, 2008.

Please Check All Ways You Would Help at a Meet:

Meet coordinating committee – help with planning the meets	Facilities- Set-up and tear down the pool area
Computer skills – help with the computer during the meet	Meet program – copying the pysch sheets or heat sheets as needed prior to the meet
Timers – a great way to be close to the action! Use a stopwatch to record the swimmer’s times	Runner – collect the times from the timers & post results during the meet
Awards – put preprinted labels on ribbons/medals during the meet	Clerk of Course - help younger swimmers get to their events & lanes
Announcer – announce events during the swim meet	Concessions – feed the hungry spectators
Hospitality – food area for coaches & officials	Marshall – act as security/ crowd control
Official – you will need to take a class to learn the USA swim guidelines. If interested contact Dave Malik 873-4911
